Well riding indoors yesterday did not help with the rain today. So another indoor ride today.
Afternoon Weight Training
Indoor ride to ward off tomorrow’s possibility of rain.
Endurance ride with unintended heat training as well.
Instead if of sliding into home i slide into the local bus. Big bruise on the thigh but that’s it. Got up and kept riding to finish off our last day is Aruba. Now for some scuba diving this afternoon.
