Hey, it’s not a win, but given what it took to get here, I’m super happy with that. It wasn’t the cleanest sprint, but the first one I’ve really contested. There’s def a lot of technique to it, from the positioning, to the timing, to the awareness, and then also the actual act of preparing your body to sprint. I did produce the most power I’ve ever done at the end of a crit tho, normally I’m too tired. I nearly prematurely introduced the guy behind me to God, but I learned my lesson, I’ve gotta hold my line.
