Ohh the spice was real. The first miles towards New Brunswick it was chilled and stuck together. The action turned up afterwards and it was on into the headwind! Kept pace and got some nice time out front on the way down. On the way up I was helping a rider who had a slow leak and then played catch up. Which was fun since I now had a beautiful tailwind! The entire time heading up hovering between 20-30mph. It got really hot temperature wise at this point and it was almost a hilarious relief when the heavens opened up on us despite someone else saying that wouldn’t happen 😜😂. Continued In the rain cooling off and made it to Newark as the sun started heating stuff up again.
