Afternoon Mountain Bike Ride

Hornby Island 😍

Beautiful and challenging ride. Started early to avoid heat and traffic. Heat never came but lot of traffic later in the day. Made few little mistakes and one big one. Took a wrong turn around Heavenly and spent bunch of time riding up and down fire road looking for the trail. Finally rejoined the route and made it down Toads safely. Fueled by Clif Bar snacks. Very much enjoyed my S-Works Epic EVO on this technical route. Rode Maxxis tires Aspen 2.4 with 16.5 and 17.5 PSI. First FKT attempt was success. Really glad I finally rode the whole thing! What a day.
