Super gentle ride out. Poor start, stuck behind riders, then stopped to help walk Callum Kennedy out after he broke his collarbone:( Walked back to my bike and carried on. Good hard chasing, but took it easy on the descents. Very slippery and fieldwork starts on Tuesday! 
Harder ride home with Sammie, Lara and Ryan. Southerly headwind kicked in around Haywards and I found it hard going!
