Afternoon Ride

Lovely conditions, aced it with no rain. 
Solid training, good push both up and down. Traffic fairly light. 
Thanks to Jesse for pushing the pace and joining today! 
Legs today took a little to get going but once on those climbs they didn’t stop. 
Stayed in the big ring all ride, worked on strength & endurance as well as back. Keep good form. Getting fitter again. 
A great ride and happy with some PRs today.
