Morning Weight Training

Absolutely brutal day in the wind. Stoked to get a break going with Garrick Valverde (Steve Tilford Foundation) into the headwind, but just couldn’t hang on when we hit the bigger climbs. Huge props to Garrick for a dominant win. It was a character building day on the bike for me no doubt. It was a lot of fun to round out the season with some epically hard gravel races these past couple weekends that have left me very motivated going into next year. ✌️💪
