Knee still a bit sore from Monday. Felt ok at start of ride but clearly not 100% yet. Noticed fatigue in my legs when trying to contest sprints on the Road Rage ride, which probably isn't surprising given I rode Wellington first (even if it was a gentle attempt). Was kinda glad we weren't doing hard climbing today!

A little fatigued but the only thing really slowing me down is my knee, surprisingly. Twinges are enough to suggest that I don't put in 100% power. Waiting for it to get better now...
it would be a more accurate suggestion that having done 197kms and a lot of climbing that it is more down to a incorrect setup and or lack of strength in the ITB and surrounding muscles/ligaments. Typically twinges occur when a ligament is over stressed for a long period of time...IE your ride on Monday :)
Rob, yep, definitely -- I know what happened on Monday -- I felt the strain happen on Woodbridge climb, but today it felt ok when I got on the bike and just twinged a bit when I put power down -- so I didn't put much power down :)
I must have been on a different ride, though Strava says otherwise.
