legs felt so dead warming up initially.. but after ~1 mile of slow running they started waking up a bit. didn't feel so great but still had some decent power. For this race I held back alot - obviously it was still hard but I didn't go absolutely nuts. I didn't want to feel like death during this race.



Looking back tho I guess i'm a little annoyed.. If I pushed it harder the last quarter, I would have gotten a GPS timed sub-5 minute mile. FAIL.
