Lights, Cold, Progression! 🎄🎄

Unofficial FKT on Bay Circuit Trail now at 3 days, 20 hours, 9 minutes, beating Art Beauregard 's previous record by about 9 hours. (Total mileage, including a couple brief wrong turns: 225.3.) Thanks for giving me a goal to shoot for, Art! Felt pretty well the whole day aside from more sensitivity in the left shin, which responded well to ibuprofen and some analgesic, helping me get through road miles. Way supposed to start the day with pacer Caitlin Rossi for Andover sections, but she had to bail due to family emergency, so I enlisted my dog Casey Dibb as a pacer for about 10 miles, which worked well as he was able to pull me up the hills and stop for water, which reminded to hydrate. Later Viktor Huszar showed up to pace the Georgetown and Topsfield and Boxford sections, which helped me stay motivated until we traded him for Fernando Salcido for the Georgetown-Rowley State Forest and Willowdale SF sections, where we were met at the end by a speaker toting, heavy metal blasting Chris B. ✌💛✌💛 For a surprise 3rd pacer leg of the journey to the end, along with repeat pacer Mat Ridley . Those guys gave me the energy to get moving instead of nap as planned, so we blasted through from Rowley to Newbury Beach (music blasting, that is, not so much the pace), and I still had the energy to sprint to the beach to "Eye of the Tiger" courtesy of Chris' speaker. 😄 Then I celebrated with a homemade onigiri salmon wrap made by Chris. Great epic adventure; mission accomplished! Couldn't have done it without all the crew chief help from Benjamin Manning , aka Misfits Running Inc. (Business starting up soon, hopefully), my wonderful wife Monica Berry , and this awesome team of pacers. Thanks, all! 
Shoes for today: Lone Peak for most of it from Tewksbury into Boxford, then Topo mt4 for the road heavy remainder up 1A to finish
