First 60 and last 60 were memorable. 🙃

400KM BRM start time was 4am. Set multiple alarms and slept at 11pm. But I managed to put my phone in Safe mode and dismiss all the alarms! 

Got a call from Mohan Sir at 5:20am asking my whereabouts and realised I was late! Real Late. 2 hours Late! Only thing in my favour was a clean and serviced cycle waiting.

Rushed to the start point at 6am and started towards 90KM CP with 4 hours in hand. Doable on straight highways, Was not sure of the road surface after 30kms as it was interior road till Bagepalli, So I decided to push and build some buffer in the first 2 hours.
Covered 50 km in about 2 hours and got confident about reaching CP on time. Didnt even stop to refill water as it was a lovely overcast sky. 
Met Grinny at 70km mark and tagged along till the CP.

Had Aloo paratha and juice at 90KM CP  @10 am and continued on. It started to rain heavily for 20 minutes. Cycle looked dirty after just 5km.  Had a few lake crossing and painful gravel section. Later met Swamy sir and Sushma @123km just before the Highway.
Felt a relief on reaching NH highway.

Saw many riders on highway and was back in the pack. Made good progress. Few stopped for lunch at Penukonda and I continued on as I was not feeling hungry.
Reached 194km and Connecting road to Dharmavaram was similar to Puttaparthi stretch. The wrong lane was damn smooth and left lane was bumpy and with lot of potholes. Strange.
Reached Dharmavaram Police station CP and took the selfie. Met my friend Surya and had a heavy lunch.  Met Grinny again at the CP and tagged along till the next CP Petrol bunk at 221km. Road was average but got to see some amazing sunset. 

Reached main road and drafted each other for a while and it got dark. So we rode along and managed to reach 277KM diversion. Met Tabish and Pranav. Nandu tagged along. There was a Railway crossing and another bad stretch, then 288km gravel stretch in the dark. Then came the butter smooth road till Hindupur. 2 Lake crossing with cement surface and after Hindupur town came the 302km CP. Had Bisi Bele Bath and some Youghurt.

Another 15km of bad roads leading out of Hindupur. Then came the good roads. With final 60km to go and I wanted to make up time for the 300 ride and I started to feel drowsy. So put in a crazy good effort and went solo. Stopped to refill water before the Toll and got chilled water which kept me awake. Then came Gauribidanur climb section along with tailwinds support. Tailwinds after crossing Dodballapur was a blessing. Made really good use of it on the flattish road and reached Yelahanka and Hebbal. Took it easy and reached the end CP. This ride had all sorts of terrain and weather.

Parked cycle and went home to get a nap and supplies for the next 2 days.
