Perhaps the best "race" I've done this season. Good tactical teamwork with Derek Crammond for the first half to build a gap. Every man for himself as we approached Ticknock again. He gapped me hard and I struggled to minimize the damage. 1 min at the end. Turns out being able to run a sub 2.30 marathon makes you a pretty good hillrunner, shocker...Big things on the horizon for the Cram in 2023 💥 cannot wait till the next time I get to race this gent. 

G'wan Dad, Adam, Aimee and Rosie (and everyone else) for showing up and pushing through. You are my support crew, my ego checkers, my life sharers. Very grateful ✨
