This guy picked an unlucky place to park

Windy out on the slough today, so we switched to clockwise on the last two loops to minimize the headwind. This was supposed to include 10mi at MP, but my pace fell off towards the end of the workout, and then I jogged the remaining cooldown at a snail's pace. I'm gonna blame the 5k I did yesterday that wasn't in the training plan, along with the cumulative fatigue from all the high-volume weeks. Glad the taper is starting!
