Executed everything in Scott’s workout. Really happy with that. Have done ZIP effectively at higher volume. Leg turnover there but aerobic has been shit. Breathing very good today. I have Scott the work on the ups and he cooked me on the descents. Was able to have the last laugh with a quick last mile. Target was 5:20-5:15-5:10-5:05 for everything here, so we easily hit errythang.
