6 miles up, 11 miles at ~5:32 avg, 2 min break, 2 miles as close to 10 flat as possible (9:54), CD to 20

Beautiful morning, got in the flow state and just rolled. Lots of loops. Took a gel after the WU, took another gel at mile 6.5 of the 11, took about half a mile to slowly get it all down. Stomach held up pretty decently well which is exciting. Sea level friggin rocks, felt invincible. That is, until I finished the run, where my entire body felt like it was going into shock 😂 had to sit in the car for 5 min regrouping
