Catoctin National Scenic Trail Unsupported FKT ✅
 Bought a new vest yesterday and wanted to see if it was FKT material and well it was. 
Great run and really cool route, but I need to get a lot better at nutrition, mile 19 was a dark dark place. 
Now that I am home, I think I’m going to drink a single beer, which based on my body right now, will send me to Narnia.
