Caught a cold on Thurs. planned on 15 or so but just felt pretty terrible this AM. Felt better after lunch so just shuffled easy for 90 minutes.

Inaugural run in my Salomon Speedcross 6’s. Loved them. Felt like I had claws on my feet on the downhills. Did ok on gravel and asphalt. Certainly the Nike Trail Pegasus are a better option for runs that are primarily gravel, but these are great for true trail runs.
