Morning Run

Definitely not used to pushing and pacing in the 5k. Not at 100% effort nor did I push hard enough when I needed to. Start was a little fast for the pacing. Great race though and had fun. Was another 45ish second improvement from last year. Next years goal is to break 16 for the race. Maybe 1st next year? Only if Kai doesn’t run🤣. Last 100 mile week before the taper. Sleep was a factor for today and this week I’m sure need more than 2&1/2 a night🥹.
