New Year, New Me*

Longest training run in 1,018 days

Little 5k time trial before 15 tomorrow

Picked it up a bit more

To sya that was unsuspcted would be an understatement.  My 4th 10+ miler in a row and I thought I would significantly slow this run from the one I did on Friday.  When the first half was 17 seconds faster than Friday I thought it would be a fast time but no way would I replciate the last miles of that run. I was right. They weren't as fast individually but overall the speed was faster netting me an even quicker return. (The weird thing was how many random miles were exactly or within one second of the other day.)



And, as always, the run was 10.3 miles and I still have no idea how it can mess up the time. 1:14:32, bitch.
