It's gotten cold

500th event celebrations meant cake. Top 10 again (yes, again 10th). My 2nd time here.
Moderate temperature and wind made for a pleasant run, not pushing too hard because CC6 is tomorrow.
Stayed behind the 20 minute pacer which perhaps gave me a little shelter from the headwind final stretch.
"Congratulations on your 189th parkrun and your 2nd at Newbury parkrun. You finished 10th in 19:49 and were 9th Male (1 unknown ahead) of a field of 520 and you came 1st in your age category"
