Sigh of relief

Upper zone 2 to close off the day. My knee began hurting again and it was getting worse as the ride went on. I was sitting at a good zone 2 effort though, but that South wind got me feeling hungry for a KOM attack. I was coming up to Guy James Grind and went for it. Within seconds of putting the hammer down my knee pain went away completely. 

Happy with my effort on that segment, but wanted a top 3 finish. I settled down into a zone two and closed off with a final mile of almost zone 1 to just rest. Great day overall, just need to figure out what's causing my left knee to hurt on and off.
