Nice dry roads, found some steep hills (16%) to try out my new Pancho / DT Swiss wheels and Pirelli tiers.
My training in Taiwan is surely paying off ~ strong PB's improvements and Max HR @ 174 = 10 BPM higher than during my Vo2max Test 🤗🤗
