It is time for a National Convention regarding whether runners should or should not give warning when passing

With the Boston Guys for the first rep, went solo on the second. First rep 27:37 (avg 5:31) 1.23 rest second rep 25:32 (avg 5:04). Should have pushed a bit more last few miles, but wasnt sure how body would hold
