was supposed to be 3 tempo loops continuously but body was freaking out from having way too much caffeine and had a crazy cramp during mile 3 (hence the 5:45) so had to take a few mins to sort it out before finishing the last loop

probably the worst workout of the year so far but it's also good to know I can hold mid 5:20s even when feeling like absolute shit

glad I pushed thru, it's all hay in the barn at the end of the day
