Started this run with one idea... but switched gears at mile 2.5ish.

2.5 mile easy pace with walking and photo taking (then my workout wednesday program was to start).

During the 15min threshold, going down the Rocky backside of kemo (which is a joke of a place to start a push), I decided...why not turn this into something.

Switched my route plan to stay on the red loop and pushed it to the end. Beat my best time by 4 minutes...

Not bad for a 2.5 mile easy warm up. I feel strong.
