Great TNR. Really exactly what I want personally from a TNR—hard sections, but friendly regroups occasionally. Tested the legs on Hopkins and beat my previous PR so the Covid recovery looks good and 2023 is looking up. Max HR was 195 going up Hopkins steep 😮😮😮. That’s the highest I’ve seen since college.
