I should have run this in the opposite direction, so I had a tailwind and did the hilly section first. Well, I still got lots of time acclimatizing in the heat! 🥵
Another good option would have been to turn around when I first started taking walk breaks. While I had covered half the distance, that was not half my time, and I probably wouldn't be in such a miserable, exhausted state right now 🙁
