/www.Bandok.com - Wind Abuse, seems 3/5 rides since Jan-Feb have sustained winds, this the 3rd in a row with 20mph gusting 28-32mph only it switched from NNW to SSE. Terrible and really difficult at times, my wind trainer is out in the winds. Shifty R230 Zipp getting whipped, 220-270w at 14-16mph at times, had to stop at CAE to relief the ears of the pressures nearing a headache effect, north Hurstview was like a Rollercoaster ride to Glade Rd #smashnazis #jesGo
