Felt surprisingly good after a hard Tx state crit championship race yesterday.  Kept it steady on the flats, easy on the down hills, legs felt good and ended up going pretty hard on some of the climbs.  Was perfect weather for some good training …. Overcast and high 50’s so cool enough to keep you from overheating, stiff headwind to work against to keep the hard efforts going
