17 hrs 51 elapsed time. First long ride since hips done and last before Trans Balkans so a good body check.  The most beautiful day - clear, cool, sunny, spring flowers carpeting the woods  and byways. Ride not without some challenges - wooded and low lying trails very boggy still. Punctured at 40 miles and broke the chain at 50 miles and then kept dropping the chain as stupidly didn’t bring right Alun key to be able to tighten the EBB so chain was too slack. Don’t think there is an SS FKT for KAW so I’ll take that.
