My quads aren't going to thank me. A big descent before halfway (hence 1:28 split) left my legs a bit fragile, utterly wonderful crowds in Otley before 3M climb to 20M at which point I'd averaged 6:53/M, and sub-3 seemed lost. But I love a bit of downhill, and managed to reclaim a couple of mins in the last 6M, blasting past/through the slow HM traffic we merged with. Overall pretty hilly and warm sunny conditions, though TBH I quite like that.
