Step back! Breathe! Give yourself the time to give yourself a chance!!!… Last few days been watchless. Getting back to just running fun with no expectations. No specific route nor goals. Feeling a balance of life where running and music cross. So much going on I’ve been overwhelmed feeling anxious. Remembering the basics and putting into action/practice has me me ready to begin a new chapter in life. Thank you all for the love and support. Happy to serve, but always 1 loving myself 1st. Everyday getting it. Yyeeee!
