Ride London in around 4:40 but a 15-20 minute enforced stop for an ambulance on the course. Groups kept breaking up and in the last 20-25 miles was either pulling or mainly alone as all groups broke down. A few fast groups around midway. Fuelled well but maybe should have drunk more as the heat got up.

10km back to Greenwich for lunch struggling with road closures
