Ran pretty well today overall. Super happy with how it turned out. PRed for the pineland race even for me from last year running about 3 minutes faster than I ever have and not a pr for the distance but was not expecting one either. The guys I raced with today were telling me that usually you should be about 5-6 minutes slower than your pr especially if it is on a track soo overall good last race for the season. Taking a break for a lil bit then getting ready for moxie on July!! 1st overall third year in a row!!!
