First ultra race I done it and it was a blast! 

Learned that the fastest way is not straight and up, around and flatter is the way to go! Also, don’t pack most of the climbing in the first half, if possible - it can be painful (specially of you go and come back on hardknott and wrynose).

Overall quite happy finishing it in 4th. The total time was 52.08 hours, with a classic garmin crash arriving in Sheffield and making me 8 min late for the finish line. Taking a 3hrs penalty and making my official time 55.08.
