Morning Ride

Last proper ride of the year.

Great day, but so hot and humid. I was introduced to the concept of ‘ice socks’, that you put in your cycling jersey to bring your body temperature down. I needed them !

Along the way we met a group of amazing young school kids that were great to talk to. I tried a short STEM outreach - let’s see if there is an impact in 10 years!😂

Plus we were supported at the SAG by the local Mennonite community, who baked some fantastic cakes.
