Went out way too hard for where I’m at right now and paid mightily for it. Got rolled up by everyone and anyone the last 1-1/2 miles and had no response. Some false bravado and just shit execution on my part. Whatever residual fitness I had left over from Boston has clearly hit its expiration date. All that said, solid West Valley Track Club team showing across the board and a really fun morning in the park with some of the best people. Onward!
