Rickey showing me his home trails and favorite spots! I definitely want to come back and one day put up the FKT on the Backbone. An amazing day out for anyone that wants a change of scenery and get lost in the outdoors.

I felt fit! A welcome reminder that I may be slower on SB trail, but that is because they are so technical. 

Mini effort on a downhill, got on the leaderboard tempoing and stopping to tie my shoe, last downhill effort since Island View Trail Race.
