Guy aggressively passed me on the last descent leaving 39 while a car was oncoming. Then brakes hard to get next to me a make threats about being in the middle of the road - which I wasn't. Says he's on 39 all the time and has seen me before. Yadada. 

His car was a modern, forest green wagon like a Subaru or Honda. Seemed more like the lines of a Subaru or other slightly sport utility type wagon. Older man, mid 60s or later. Gray hair, mustache. He was also southbound. He wasn't exactly hysterical but 100% unreasonable and threatening.
