Sometimes it’s salty 🥵

Had a full session set out for this but just couldn’t get it done. Defeated by vicious hay fever and baking heat. But those hindrances aside, this was a timely reminder of the power of the team; having missed the group session this morning.

There’s a common misconception about running that it’s an individual sport. I think it’s actually a team sport played out over a long period of time, where we can only become our best through collaboration. I was left pondering this while gasping in the red zone, definitely needed the crew today!
