Caves Beach Run

Up visiting my parents as it was my dad's birthday earlier this week.
Today also happened to be 5 years since I started using my Garmin Forerunner 235 (although I'm on my 4th watch - can't fault Garmin's warranty replacement!).
Decided on a run instead of a ride after yesterday's long ride, and ended up running more than 10km, although my legs were feeling it after about 7.5km.
Took my phone with me, and stopped 3 times for pics, and then finished my run down by the lake at sunset.
Startled a guy out for a trail run on my way back as he was listening to music, and didn't hear me catching up to him until I was close...
Happy with how it went 🙂
Was a nice 18°C.
Going to ride at Glenrock tomorrow!
