Ride or die ☠️

Moderate - hard tempo effort to summit. 1st time on this route. Running the slabs back into the single track was tricky to navigate. Got lost a bunch. Rolled my right ankle pretty bad looking for the proper summit (Jay benchmark?).  Hit the downhill comfortably hard trying to favor the left foot. Gonna need a couple days off running but really happy I was able to put in a real effort again.

Running saves lives.
