Zwift 45 mins - first ride since Saturday been broken. Felt ok but just kept it steady and short - easy week needed or I will suffer. Legs still sore but another day and should be better I hope (more worrying, still wheezing 5 weeks post chest cold)
Evening walk -
Malton run - TBH found that a slog. Heavy legs from heavy weights, standing starts and a general lack of riding a lot! Enjoyed it though and done now.
