What a race. Started out battling for fifth watching the front group ride away, I couldn’t hold their power. Raced my race and used my skills to catch people in the super tech. Battled back and with the help of Caleb and then boosted off of him when I finally felt the power come back. Hauled as fast as I could and caught Patrick to pass him as he was struggling with cramps. Put it all out there in the end and with the perseverance got to the line in 2nd! What a year and to finish it off, got second in point overall too!!!! Does that make me New England High School MTB championship runner up???? I’ll take it!! Super competition. And…… the team is the Senior Series Points Champions!!!!!!!!
