+10 miles, forgot to hit starts oops
Tried adding some salt to one of my bottles cuz it is HOT, first bottle runs out and I swap to my salt bottle… Too salty, made me nauseous however was in the middle of the 30 mile segment with Keith… We we’re about a minute behind coming through moravia but put in a decent dig up the west side of the lake… coming back had approx 2 sips of water for the last 10 miles ☠️
