These hill reps are the most painful thing I do in my life. They are the only time I want my compact crankset back anywhere near Boston. I think that my times for each rep might be slightly overstated, since the Totten gate was closed, so I was circling around right at the start of the segments. But who knows--still pretty good times overall. I prefer doing the straight up route, but the rolling-hill route to the top is fun too. Maybe next time I'll go for Miles Billing's KOM.
