40.11 km/h on the Garmin. Stopped recording before riding back over the bridge into town. Otherwise I would've probably risked my life for stupid numbers.  Also had cut out a couple of meters when riding behind a slow car in the village of Berg. 
Bringing 39.9 to 40 is damn hard on a cycling path with corners and traffic.
