Fun pace today! Started out as cool and overcast. Then the sun, wind, heat, and traffic picked up and couldn't quite hold the 22 average for the last 10 or so miles. Didn't do as well with nutrition and hydration as I normally do. Planned for "60 miles but a little more" when I should have planned for "100 miles but a little less". Nice day to see some MN farm country too.

Blew the rear tire around mile 20, with a few cords even. Kept it rotating, allowed some sealant to pool in the bottom, and 30 seconds after a shot of CO2 was back on again. Gotta love tubeless! Although this is the third rear tire this season I've destroyed so far...
