Good cycle I know it's only 26k but I had put a lot of effort into this training I was so motivated like a fucking lion stalking a deer I was in the zone no fear few scary moments with the puddles going that fast not knowing if there a car behind me before I move then hit the gym the Dopamine was rushing threw the brain it might not be a hundred but I be out soon the next one that's not on a Monday or Thursday evening love my Thursday evenings and smashed the gym high reps sometimes I don't know were I'm getting the strength I do eat a certain thing that makes you breath better lodes of effects I have said to much but if you know what I'm talking about and it legal unlike those Juice heads but the adrenalin was something else stay safe you know I love the rain 🌧
