HR data showing pretty good gains.  Spat out the back making the right off Stony Hollow onto Wells uphill.  Hesitated with sand on the turn.  Really strong top four guys today.  Rolled into the parking lot 5th averaging 20.2 with one other riding with me.  Not where I was a year ago (kohr in 2:10) but my HR data looks like I had plenty left in the tank.  I may have to do another WNR next week.
